Welcome to the feedback site for the trial at Raglan Castle and at White Castle. We are testing a system to deliver information to visitors, using Bluetooth to send information to mobile phones. The system needs to be simple to use and effective and we are interested to hear about your experience and your opinion.
The advantage of Bluetooth is that it is free to use, you don't have to pay for the information we provide. The information is only available at the site and is pertinent to the spot where you are standing. This makes it more immediate and interesting.
We will not ask for any personal information in this survey and only your answers are stored. We do not preserve any information about your mobile phone.
